The Mind, Body, Belly Reset is an 6-week immersive challenge designed to help you reset your habits, reconnect with yourself, and create sustainable change across your wellbeing.

This is a holistic approach to wellness that supports not just how your body feels, but how you think, eat, move, and show up in your life.

Throughout the challenge, participants complete a series of weekly task activities that support the mind, body, belly, and connection.
Each task is designed to be achievable, intentional, and supportive - helping you build consistency without overwhelm.
