Slow Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga
Our Vinyasa classes are dynamic and fluid, linking movement with breath in creative, flowing sequences. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and focus while dropping into a moving meditation that challenges and inspires. Each class is designed to leave you feeling energised and balanced.

Yin Yoga
A deeply restorative practice, Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and surrender into long-held floor postures. Working into the connective tissues and energy pathways, Yin cultivates inner stillness, free flow of energy, flexibility, and balance in both body and mind. Yin Yoga & Acupressure
This class combines the stillness of Yin Yoga with the healing wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Gentle acupressure points are introduced alongside long-held postures to release energy blockages, restore balance, and support deep relaxation. A grounding, holistic practice for body and mind.

Kirtan
Kirtan is a joyful practice of call-and-response chanting that connects us through sound and vibration. No singing experience is required. Together, we create uplifting energy that opens the heart and nourishes the spirit.
